Boreal Insurance Group was started by Harry McDonald in 1946 upon his return from Europe under the name Innisfail Agencies.  The business has passed from Harry to his son and then to his grandson, Ty McDonald who is currently leading the business.  Boreal is proud to service Central Alberta as a family owned and operated brokerage for more than 70 years.
